Cooking Method:

Prepare:
1 soup pack
100–150g chicken
Water
Salt to taste

STEP 1: Rinse all ingredients. Soak the dried conch meat for approximately 1 hour.

STEP 2: Cut the conch meat into smaller pieces if preferred and remove the pits from the red dates.

STEP 3: Blanch the chicken briefly and set aside.

STEP 4: Place the chicken and all soup ingredients into a small double-boiling pot. Add water until approximately 80% full.

STEP 5: Double-boil or steam for approximately 2 hours. Season lightly with salt before serving.

Alternative stovetop method: Add all ingredients to approximately 800ml water, bring to a boil and simmer gently for approximately 1–1.5 hours.
