Shipping policy
Effective Date: 28 October 2026
This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made on https://greatocean.my, operated by Great Ocean Heritage Foods Sdn Bhd, the legal entity behind the brand “Great Ocean Dried Seafood.”
1. Shipping Address
We only ship to addresses provided during checkout. Please ensure your billing and shipping details are accurate and include a reachable phone number.
– We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
– We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
– If goods are returned due to address errors, re-delivery will incur additional shipping charges.
2. Change of Address
If you need to change your shipping address:
– Email us at enquiries@greatocean.my within 12 hours of placing your order.
– Requests made after 24 hours may incur additional shipping charges.
3. Shipping Time
Peninsular Malaysia courier delivery is estimated at 1–5 business days. Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan courier delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates, and may vary with location, courier availability and public holidays. Refer to the delivery estimate shown at checkout.
4. Tracking
Once your order is picked up by our shipping partner, a tracking ID will be provided via email, SMS, Whatsapp or mobile app. For digital products or services, confirmation and receipts will be sent electronically.
5. Delivery Exceptions
We reserve the right to cancel or delay delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, including:
– Natural disasters
– Courier disruptions
– Inventory shortages
– Public health emergencies
In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer alternative arrangements or refunds where applicable.
6. Shipping Fees & Delivery Options
Peninsular Malaysia courier: RM8 per order; free courier delivery on orders of RM150 or more. This offer does not include Lalamove delivery.
西马快递：每单RM8，订单满RM150可享免快递费；此优惠不包含 Lalamove 配送。
Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan: RM18 for the first 1kg, plus RM15 for each additional kg, within the available checkout weight bands. No free-courier offer applies.
沙巴、砂拉越及纳闽：于结账提供的重量范围内，首1公斤RM18，之后每增加1公斤加RM15；不适用免快递费优惠。
East Malaysia orders up to 30kg: Checkout accepts orders up to 30kg for Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. Delivery is charged on the order’s total checkout weight at RM18 for the first 1kg, plus RM15 for each additional kg or part thereof. We will split larger orders into separate parcels as needed. For orders over 30kg, please contact us before ordering to arrange delivery.
东马30公斤以内的订单：沙巴、砂拉越及纳闽订单可于结账时选择配送，最高限重30公斤。运费按订单结账总重量计算：首1公斤RM18，之后每增加1公斤或不足1公斤加RM15。较大订单将按需要分箱寄送。超过30公斤的订单，请在下单前联系我们安排配送。
Lalamove delivery · Lalamove 配送
Lalamove is available for eligible Selangor addresses where shown at checkout. Delivery is charged separately; the RM150 free-courier offer does not apply.
- Mon–Sat, 9am–1pm: Same-day delivery arrangements.
- After 1pm: Arranged on the next operating day.
- Saturday after 1pm or Sunday: Arranged on Monday.
All times are Malaysia time. Please contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular time. Arrangements are subject to confirmation and driver availability; arrival times are not guaranteed.
符合条件的雪兰莪地址，如结账时有显示，可选择 Lalamove。运费另计，不适用订单满RM150免快递费优惠。
- 星期一至六，上午9时至下午1时：安排当天配送。
- 下午1时后：下一个营业日安排。
- 星期六下午1时后或星期日：星期一安排。
以上均为马来西亚时间。如需在指定时间前收到订单，请在下单前联系我们。配送须经确认，并视司机供应而定，不保证具体送达时间。
Self pickup · 到店自取
Select Self pickup at checkout where available. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. Please wait for our ready-for-pickup confirmation before visiting the warehouse or sending a driver. Contact us before ordering if collection is urgent.
结账时如有提供，可选择到店自取。订单通常在24小时内备妥。请收到备货完成通知后，再前往仓库或安排司机取货。如需紧急自取，请在下单前联系我们。

7. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to most locations across Malaysia. If your address is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method or issue a refund.
8. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
