This fish is a unique fish in the waters of Nan'ao Island.

This fish cannot be raised artificially, and all are wild.

成鱼是南澳岛海域特有的一种鱼类，这种鱼无法人工饲养，

全部是野生的。

准备方法：

1. 清洗干净后，蒸15分钟。泡水一晚 (放冰箱)。

2. 若浸发后没有马上烹煮需冷冻保存。

How to Prepare:

1. Rinse the fish maw and steam it about 15 minutes.

2. Soak in water for overnight (keep refrigerated).

3. Soaked fish maw should be stored in the refrigerator

at below 0 if not cooked. Thaw each time before serving.
