功效：利尿通淋，清心降火，治疗失眠。

材料：灯芯草，蜜皂，麦冬，莲子，玉竹

Benefit: Calm mind, reduce heat, improve sleeping condition

Ingredients: Deng Xin Cao, Honey Dates, Mai Dong, Lotus Seed, Polyganutum

煮法：

1. 先放焯过水的瘦肉。

2. 除蜜枣外，其余食材浸泡半个小时。

3. 所有食材放入炖盅，加入1.5L 水，慢火煲1-2个小时。

4. 加盐调味即可。

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Rinse all herbs. Pour all the ingredients into pot.

2. Add 1.5L water.

3. Bring to boil with meat and simmer with for 1-2 hours.

4. Add salt or soya sauce as desired.
