煮法：

1. 将所有食材清洗及浸泡半小时，除枸杞。

2. 放入1.5L的水，放入所有食材。

3. 可以加排骨/鸡肉一起熬。

4. 煮 1-2 小时。

5. 加盐调味即可。

Step:

1. Rinse all the herbs and soak for 30 minutes except Goji Berry.

2. Add 1.5L water and put all the ingredients, can add meat as well.

3. Cook 1-2 hours.

4. Add salt as desired.
