金华火腿是盐腌过后,再风干、发酵的猪腿,原产于浙江金华,宋朝被列为贡品。和宣威火腿、如皋火腿并称中国三大火腿。原料是金华出产的“两头乌”,后腿经过上盐、整形、翻腿、洗晒、风干等程序,数月乃成。香味浓烈。  

腌制火腿过程是把整條腿一起腌制 如果切成250g难免会有骨头在里面。

开封后冷冻 必须冷藏保存才能确保食品鲜美度。

Jin Hua Ham is a type of dry-cured ham named after the city of Jin Hua, where it is produced, in the Zhejiang province of eastern China. The ham is used in Chinese cuisines to flavour stewed and braised foods as well as for making the stocks and broths of many Chinese soups. The process of curing ham is to marinate the whole legs together. If cut into 250g, some of the bones will inevitably be inside.

 Freezing after opening must be refrigerated to ensure the freshness of the food.
