Ingredients: Shou Wu, Black Beans, Chinese Yam, Bai Fu Lin, Goji Berry, Red Date, Dang Shen, Dried Longan

煮法：

1. 所有食材清水中浸泡半小时，除枸杞。

2. 所有食材倒入锅内，加入1.5L-2L水。

3. 放入洗干净的肉，煮一个半小时。

4. 出锅前根据喜好加盐调味。

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Rinse all herbs, except goji berry.

2. Put in all the ingredients and add 1.5L water.

3. Cook 1.5 hours.

4. Add salt or soya sauce as desired.
