材料包括：桃胶、龙眼、雪耳、蜜枣、冰糖、红枣、枸杞

功效：美容排毒，养颜

(3-5人份)

桃胶倒入适量水，搁置泡发至少10个小时。

桃胶挑除杂志 (期间换水两次)

将龙眼、蜜枣、红枣，放入电子砂锅中，倒入热水。

加入雪耳，加盖后以高温煮2-2.5小时。

加入发泡桃胶

加入冰糖和枸杞再煮10分钟即可。

Ingredients Included:

Peach Gum, Longan Meat, Snow Fungus, Mizao, Rock Sugar, Red Dates and Goji Berry

(3-5 portions)

Step:

1. Wash the peach gum and soak in the water for 10 hours (Kindly provide enough space for soaking).

2. Remove the purities inside the peach gum.

3. Put the longan meat, Mizao and red dates inside the pot, and pour 1500ml water.

4. Put in the snow fungus and cook for  2-2.5 hours.

5. Put the peach gum inside.

6. Put in the rock sugar and goji berry and cook for 10 minutes.
