煮法：

1. 花胶前一晚洗净，蒸15分钟，浸发在水中一晚。

2. 桃胶浸泡10小时后清洗杂质。

3. 银耳提前1小时泡发，泡发后银耳清洗去蒂

4. 莲子煮之前温水泡10分钟。

5. 放入 1.5L-2L的水，电饭煲煲汤模式煮一小时。

6. 加入适量的冰糖或者牛奶。

Step:
