1. 清洗干净后，蒸15分钟。泡水一晚 (放冰箱)。

2. 若浸发后没有马上烹煮需冷冻保存。

How to Prepare:

1. Rinse the fish maw and steam it about 15 minutes.

2. Soak in water for overnight (keep refrigerated).

3. Soaked fish maw should be stored in the refrigerator

at below 0 if not cooked. Thaw each time before serving.
