材料：白茯苓、芡实、桂圆、淮山、红枣、枸杞、莲子、蜜皂

Benefit: Whitening, Good to Stomach

煮法：

1. 除蜜枣、枸杞外，其他食材清水中浸泡半小时。

2. 所有食材倒入锅内，加入1.5L-2L水。

3. 煮一个半小时。

4. 出锅前根据喜好加盐调味。

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Rinse all herbs, except Mizao and goji berry.

2. Put in all the ingredients and add 1.5L water.

3. Cook 1.5 hours.

4. Add salt or soya sauce as desired.
