花生放锅里,加水煮5分钟,焖10分钟
再来把银耳泡发,冷水泡
花生处理好,白木耳也泡发好,根部剪掉,剪小
起锅,烧水,水开放下花生,水要多一些,银耳放下去
盖上盖子煲两个小时,如果赶时间可以使用气压锅30分钟
煮开转小火慢慢煲
花生煮开有点裂开了代表煮熟了,加冰糖调味,甜度视个人喜好
最后也可以加上纯牛奶。

Step:
1. Cook the raw peanut with 5 minutes, and steam for 10 minutes.
2. Soak the snow fungus using cold water.
3. After soaking cut into small piece.
4. Put the snow fungus and peanut into pot and pour water (more water is better).
5. Cook for 2 hours if rushing time can use pressure cooker cook for 30 minutes.
6. After boiled turn into small fire and cook slowly.
7. Once the peanut is soft enought then is done.
8. Can add some rock sugar.
9. Last, you can add some pure milk as well.
