功效
温中散寒，理气止痛。
主治
用于脘腹冷痛，呕吐泄泻，腰膝酸冷，寒疝腹痛，寒湿痹痛，瘀滞痛经，血痢，肠风，跌打肿痛，创伤出血等。
注意事项
在中醫上認為肉桂能溫中散寒，有活血、健胃、止痛，促進腸胃蠕動，健胃消脹氣等功效。 但肉桂性熱，對容易熱氣上火、口乾舌燥及因燥熱而便秘患者就不宜服用，孕婦、皮膚過敏和風熱感冒患者等也要慎服。
