煮法：

1. 汤料用水冲洗干净后，加入1.5L-2L的清水放入锅。

2. 放入洗干净的肉后，大火煮开撇去上面的浮沫。

3. 盖上盖子后，关小火慢煲 1-2个小时。

4. 煮好后加入适量的盐调味，即可食用。

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Rinse all herbs and pour all the ingredients into pot.

2. Add 1.5L-2L water, bring to boil and then simmer for 1-2 hours.

3. Add salt or soya sauce as desired.
