煮法：

1. 姬松茸，鱿鱼，莲子浸泡半小时。

2. 其余材料清洗干净。

3. 排骨焯水备用。

4. 所有食材除枸杞放入 1.5L-2L的水，煮1-2个小时。

5. 最后10分钟加入枸杞，加盐调味即可。

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Soak Blazei Mushroom, Squid and Lotus seed about

30 minutes.

2. Rinse all ingredients except goji berry.

3. Ready meat and add all ingredients except goji berry

into 1.5L-2L water.

4. Cook for 1-2 hours.

5. Add goji berry and salt / soya sauce as desired.
